The one stop shop to survivorship services. Age UK Sheffield and Macmillan Cancer Support are pleased to announce a new free city-wide cancer support service. We are providing free, non-clinical advice and support to anyone over the age of 50, who has been affected by cancer. Service users may have a cancer diagnosis themselves, they may care for someone who has had a diagnosis, or they may be a relative or friend. In mid June 2011 Age Concern Sheffield rebranded to Age UK Sheffield. This means we have joined many other former Age Concern offices across the country in adopting this new national brand.
